If there's another bl drama that features a revenge driven ex girlfriend after this, i'm officially teleporting to space because i'm so done with it. i honestly found ton unlikable and his possessiveness didn't appeal to me at all. dude legit banged chon after confessing and chon, one who's known to always be the frantic type in such situations didn't flinch one bit. the way their relationship developed itself is questionable. The chemistry between chon and ton is not bad. thankfully, characters like chon's mom, na, the nail lady and miriam exist. in each episode, i felt like i'd end up hating every single character. what was the writers thinking making a rape victim attempt to rape someone? honestly. another character that grinded my butters was nueng. i also couldn't find myself rooting for ai and ni when they forced chon to come out to them. not once did ton suspect anything going on? i may be a clown but i haven't reached this level of clownery yet. the writers had the chance to give depth to ton's character and show his side of the story but we got absoluTeLy nothing! so, the whole time i couldn't help but detest ton because he was honestly being such an ass and made chon uncomfortable in the early episodes pressuring him about banging a girl to prove his masculinity. sadly, there's literally no depth to the characters despite ton's dad brainwashing his son with such nonsense and misogynistic beliefs. i honestly kinda feel bad for the the actors because it feels like they were trying their best to make up to portray their characters. One thing that made me hooked into wanting to watch this is the actors from past dramas i watched. it's the mess that makes you wonder what went through the heads of the writers. no, it's not the spicy good kind of mess that makes me look forward for more episodes. The trailer made me go, "oh! this doesn't look so bad! it looks cute and light! let's go for it!". Edit Translationįrustration at its finest tw// mention of rape ~~ Adapted from the novel "Tonhon Chonlatee" (ต้นหนชลธี) by Nathakorn (นทกร). How will the love of Chonlatee and P'Ton end up? While Amp's fans have set their sights on him. And in the midst of that, his ex-girlfriend, Amp, returns to complicate things. He can‘t help being possessive and worried about Chonlatee. His mouth keeps saying that he doesn’t think of Chonlatee that way but when Chonlatee goes out with someone else, he feels insecure. P‘Ton starts to get confused about his feelings. Their closeness starts to change into a deeper bond. Chonlatee then decides to change his look to win P‘Ton‘s heart. That is until fortune favors him and P‘Ton updates his status to single. But Chonlatee can only watch P‘Ton and his girlfriend from afar. P‘Ton has always taken care of him as if they were real brothers. All in all the show is a great family show and fun to watch! I think nickelodeon has finally got a hit show, that's not BORING to watch.Chonlatee, a shy kind hearted boy, has secretly had a crush on Tonhon, the guy next door, since he was a kid. The jokes are great and pretty funny and so is the acting, although the parents can get a little annoying at times (mostly the dad). He has a quirky personality and seems to be very comedic. Nicky is the youngest out of the group, and seems to be the likable character. He cares a lot about the way he looks and is always trying to break the rules. He dosen't seem to care that much about school and seems to care more about girls. He seems to be a bit of a goody goody but always seems to get in trouble with them. He seems to always be doing his homework or reading a book. Ricky is the second oldest and the smart nerd type of the group. There is a consistent rivalry for the leader spot of the quads between her and Ricky. Dawn is going through the stage where she wants to fit in and be cool, and make friends. The acting is great, the lines are said well and can get a laugh from me! I really love dawns character (the oldest one). She's like this mix between tomboy/girlygirl.
